This is a collection from the Kootenay Women in Trades and Technology group. The group was started by Dr. Marcia Braundy who saved many documents related to equity in apprenticeship and technical fields over the course of her career. This collection of documents spans from approximately 1971-2024 and supports the effective participation, integration and retention of women and other under-represented groups in apprenticeship and technical fields. While the Archive includes initiatives predominantly implemented in British Columbia and Canada, Continental and International interventions are included.
