Description / Synopsis
The official program for the first International Choral Festival Kathaumixw held in Powell River in 1984. It contains messages from the town's mayor, Colin S. Palmer, and the Premier of British Columbia, Bill Bennett and lists the officials of the festival. It contains maps of the town and the festival facilities and gives a brief profile on each of the jury members. It gives a detailed account of the two stories included in the music drama performance, Jumping Mouse and Breakaway. Additionally, it give a general festival timetable as well as a detailed festival program, indicating when all events and performances will take place and who will be taking part in each performance. This item only contains the first half of the festival program from 1984. |
