This document is a pamphlet published by IMPACS under their Charities and Advocacy Project. It explains how the current laws on charities impact voluntary groups, supported by real life examples, describes some of the laws that impact these groups, and seeks to build consensus on the need for bringing changes to the law to make it clear and consistent in its interpretation.
