The booklet's cover has an illustration of a person walking. When opened there is a pop-up map of downtown Seattle with highlights of tourism locations. Some of the landmarks listed that no longer exist are: The Viaduct, The Kingdome, The Bon, Princess Marguerite (Canadian passenger vessel), and Frederick & Nelson. The back cover contains the hotel's name and contact information.
