This document contains two briefs written by Marcia Braundy on behalf of Women in Trades and Technology (WITT) National Network and the Industrial Adjustment Committee, addressed to the House of Commons Committee to Review the Employment Equity Act. Within these briefs, she advocates for the Employment Equity Act to mandate proper training for women and other designated minority groups, as well as to include better enforcement and accountability.
