This document is a report from the Federal Task Force on Disability Issues which was asked to look at the appropriate role for the Federal Government in the area of disability issues. This report covers the following areas - the gap between saying and doing (looks at the issues of citizenship and rights); Aboriginal Canadians with disabilities; Federal organisations and approach to disability issues; legislative reform; labour market integration; disability income and the cost of disability.
