A group of unbound scrapbook pages compiling photographs, newspaper articles and pamphlets that document First Nations-led activism in response to cutbacks to the Post-Secondary Education Assistance Program. This federal program funded by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada provided financial assistance to First Nations and Inuit students pursuing post-secondary education. Materials cover the 1988–1989 school year. |
