Who can employ a RAP Apprentice? Anyone who is a journeyman, or who employs a journeyman to provide supervision, is eligible to employ a RAP apprentice. How is a RAP apprentice ‘signed up’? . Choose a trade and find an employer willing to hire a RAP apprentice.
