1) an innediate end to job classification by sex. All jobs must
be listed and offered on the basis of job qualification or line of
work with no consideration of sex, narital status or parental status.

2) all trainine course be open to women. Women must be encouraged
to sain the skills and education that enable then to explore and
dévelop their full potential. |

3) the adoption of an educational prorram to erase prejudice against
the hiring of wonen in all occupations. Given the lone practice of
discrimination against woren, we Sugsest that women be civen priority
in the consideration of applicants for jobs until full equality is

achieved.
