Some of the jobs Mr. Talbot has done are worked for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Human Resources. fe taught elementary, high school and college. Mr. Talbot's title is lirector of Community Services. Some of the duties of his job are to be responsible for health and social services, the park, outdoor recreation and the community centre. He has been working with Tumbler Ridge since the spring of 1982. The suggestions he has for people in TR are he thinks it's important to be able to distinguish facts from rumors. People have to keep a good sense of humour especially during the first two years of development. He also thinks it's really important to do as many family oriented things as possible. What he would like to comment on is that the kids in TR are really neat (No Kidding!) and how supportive the contractors, community residents and kids have been in building the community park. He would like to see alot of new people using the community centre.
