It is hereby agree that the Employment Equity Branch will cover your
travel and accommodation expenses, within the government guidelines, for the
purpose of attending the National Working-Level Meeting on the Review of the
Employment Equity Act, October 1, 1990, in Hull.

You are expected to file a travel claim with us and provide us with
official original receipts of your travel and accommodation expenses. It is
also understood that you will reimburse any advanced funds not used for the
above-mentioned purpose and that you will be reimbursed for any amount within
the guidelines spent for that purpose but not covered with the cheque advance.
