Nesbitt gains Instructor’s status by Nancy Perkins Diane Nesbitt, one of the local Ambulance Vol- unteer members, has re- cently returned to Tum- bler Ridge after spending a week in intensive train- ing at the Worker’s Com- pensation Industrial First said that Worker’s Com- pensation has strict rules regarding the pass level of classes in order to ensure that all instructors keep in top form in their instruc- tions. Nesbitt was the only person to attend this class north of Prince George, with this being the first class WCB has put on in one-and-a-half years. U- sually, classes are held twice a year. The lack of courses is one of the reasons quali- fied industrial first aid instructors are such a scarcity in our region.
