This is, as you all know, the
first edition of the “Sointula
Seuttlebutt."” This also is my
first editorial. In fact I have
had a very hard time beginning

The purpose of this paper,
"Saintula Seuttlebutt", is to give
the students of this school
valuable training for later lifes.
It also serves as a newsheet and
& sounding beard for the voice of
the people.

in a short time we hopa to
have a wide cevernge on the Island.
With hard work along with persever~

ance and enthusiasm we vill do this.

Theouzh the paper we alse hope to
raise funds for school use. These
funds will be raised threugh sales
of, and advertisements published
in the paper. i believe we can
acconplish both hopes.
