A third problem has to do with the nature of our present funding system , through the Student ee ee Alchough @ur services are more important and of a different nature than most clubs we are classifies as a club for tiie purposes of funding. Consequently our budgets are often not approved until the middle of the semester or less than a month before classes end. With the type of services that we provide the problems witi this approach are obvious.
