Claim filed in March 1985 to
26,325 acres in Orford Town-
ship. The Band alleges that
a surrender was required,
but not taken, for these
lands.

Claim withdrawn from court
and filed with ONC in Nov.
1984. The claim alleges that
a 17 acre parcel adjacent to
the reserve was not included
in a 1907 surrender.

Claim against Ontario for
damages suffered in connec-
tion with construction of
HWY 599. ONC notified of
talks in July 1975.
